ABOUT Kula Diamond / 01—0601First appearance and background
Kula appeared in The King of Fighters 2000 in 2000, and her background is connected to NESTS’s modification program. She is a modified human girl, not a robot.
02Personality and appeal
She reacts with directness and innocence, and also relies on familiar people for a sense of security. Her childlike behavior should not obscure the complex experiences she has faced or the origins of her abilities.
03Story journey
She was initially drawn into a confrontation arranged by the organization, then gradually formed partnerships of her own. Team lineups and endings in different games should be understood in the context of each work.
04Relationships
K′ and Maxima are important later companions, while Diana and Foxy are connected to her early care. Candy is a robot associated with her; Candy’s mechanical identity should not be attributed to Kula.
05Versions and visual identity
Her long light-blue hair, reddish-purple eyes, and burgundy coat are distinguishing features. Frost, ice cream, and a slight puffing of the cheeks can be used in reaction images while keeping her pose natural and age-appropriate.
06Fan interpretations
A fan observation: her freezing abilities and fondness for ice cream make an easy-to-remember everyday association. Placing this small preference alongside her combat background keeps the character from being defined solely by her abilities.
