ABOUT Kirara / 01—0601First appearance and background
Kirara became playable in Genshin Impact version 3.7 in 2023. She works for Inazuma’s Komaniya Express, and her identity as a nekomata combines with a fascination for human society and its everyday customs.
02Personality and appeal
She values customer satisfaction and eagerly makes deliveries, while human habits still surprise her. Professional diligence coexists with feline instincts, so her appeal comes from actively learning another society as much as from her appearance.
03Story journey
Her character stories connect the move from a mountain life into human towns with finding courier work. Deliveries take her to different places, and the version 3.7 Genius Invokation TCG event also places her among travelers meeting across nations.
04Relationships
Komaniya colleagues and customers form her everyday working network, and other youkai provide points of reference for living among humans. Encounters with the Traveler concern adventures and ordinary exchanges; friendliness alone does not establish romance.
05Versions and visual identity
Two tails and feline feet preserve her nekomata identity; she uses Dendro and a sword. Her box-shaped movement form echoes courier work. Phantom in Boots, released in version 4.8, is a separate official themed outfit.
06Fan interpretations
Fans can read her as a youkai who finds belonging through work: a completed delivery also marks participation in human society. Box jokes draw on her actual skill design, but should not erase her seriousness about professional service.
