ABOUT Sheska / 01—0601First appearance and background
The displayed debut refers to episode 18 of the first anime, broadcast on February 7, 2004, rather than the series launch in 2003. Manga chapter 10 already features her archival help; the versions should be dated separately.
02Personality and appeal
Her reading habit interferes with work and costs her a library job. Paired with her remarkable recall, this flaw creates humor and shows how an interest can become useful in the right role.
03Story journey
She helps Edward and Alphonse recover Marcoh’s research, then Hughes hires her to restore criminal records destroyed by fire. Investigation advances through documents and memory as well as combat and alchemy.
04Relationships
Hughes recognizes and employs her; he is not a romantic partner. Her extended investigation with Winry belongs mainly to the 2003 anime, and should not be imported wholesale into manga continuity or invented family ties.
05Versions and visual identity
The manga, 2003 anime and Brotherhood give her different amounts of screen time. Round glasses and short hair anchor the avatars; original reading and archival scenes do not claim new official events.
06Fan interpretations
Fans may read her as a symbol of preserving knowledge: destroyed paper need not erase what someone has read. This is thematic interpretation, not evidence of supernatural foresight or officially unlimited memory.
