ABOUT Mona Megistus / 01—0601First appearance and background
Mona belongs to Genshin Impact’s 2020 launch roster and calls herself a great astrologist. Her hydromancy investigates fate, and her story connects her with Mondstadt; Hydro abilities do not make her a deity.
02Personality and appeal
Proud and principled, she values knowledge and resists reducing astrology to a money-making gimmick. Financial strain and research spending create comic tension without defining the whole of her character or expertise.
03Story journey
Her Story Quest follows an assignment from her master and a journey to Mondstadt, while later events explore stars and fate. Limited events and permanent quests should be distinguished so readers know which stories remain available.
04Relationships
Her demanding master shapes a complicated apprenticeship, and history involving Alice and Klee drives her Mondstadt visit. Event interactions with Fischl invite discussion, while friendship and fan shipping remain separate claims.
05Versions and visual identity
A broad star-patterned hat and violet clothing establish her familiar silhouette, with water and astrolabes supporting hydromancy. Official alternate clothing exists; regional or version differences do not create separate characters.
06Fan interpretations
Whether fate can be known and whether knowledge should be commercialized offer richer themes than poverty jokes. Fan readings of her bond with the Traveler do not turn shared gameplay into a confirmed romance or marriage.
