Nine Songs of the Moving Heavens

Nine Songs of the Moving Heavens, or Tian Xing Jiu Ge, is Sparkly Key’s 3D wuxia animation launched in 2016 and a companion to The Legend of Qin. Set in the ancient state of Han before Qin unification, it follows Han Fei’s return to Xinzheng through the competing moves of Quicksand, Nightfall and Baiyue survivors. Yan Lingji’s allegiance to Tian Ze brings Baiyue grievances into palace politics, while Honglian’s family and Wei Zhuang connect to the main series. Following factions and goals helps distinguish historical inspiration, animated fiction and fan pairings. Portraits and figures here are fan creations.
